Some of Kuwait’s busiest roads, including the Arabian Gulf Road, the Fourth Ring Road and the Salem Al-Mubarak Street, were identified in a recent study as being prone to traffic accidents and hit and run incidents in the country for reasons that include lack of modern methods to protect pedestrian safety.
