40 young Kuwaiti tourist arrested for road racing in Pattaya
Police rounded up some 40 young Kuwaiti tourists for racing on Pattaya road early Friday.
Police and some 30 volunteers rounded up the tourists in Pattaya at 5:30 am after local residents called thePattaya police station that a large group of foreigners were racing on the road from Thursday night until early Friday.
Police said 26 big bikes were seized as part of the arrest. Police found that many of motorcycles had been modified with large exhausted pipes and the riders failed to provide proper licenses.
They were charged with reckless riding and the large exhausted pipes that produced loud noises over the limit were seized.
