On October 21, 2012 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, U.S. citizens are invited to cast their vote at the U.S. Embassy waiting room outside the front gate. Eligible voters may submit already-completed state ballots for mailing to election officials in the U.S. For those U.S. citizens who have not registered or received their ballots, Federal Write-In Absentee Ballots will be provided .
Election Day is now three weeks away and the Embassy remains committed to ensuring that all eligible U.S. citizen voters have their ballots counted this election season. (Early) Election Day affords everyone the opportunity to ensure their absentee, or Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot will be counted this election season.

On the 21st of September 2012, the day of international peace approved by the United Nations, CAP are bringing, for the first time, Peace One Day to Kuwait, to raise awareness of peace in the region and to create a local unity that can ripple out onto a global unity for peace. The Art Salon, an art movement of composed of artists & designers & musicians of all nationalities that live & work in Kuwait, is hosting “Peace One Day – Global Truce” in Kuwait for the first time, by having an art exhibition to honor global peace. Join us if you support global peace. Children are welcome. We want them to grow up understanding & supporting peace.

Today The British Academy of Internation Arts (BAIA) and The British Academy of Sports (BAS) launched its 2012 programme of extra curricular activities at the BASK capmus on a bright day sunny Saturday morning with a new year’s welcome for old and new faces. The BSK campus in Salwa was heaving with parents and children from all over the Kuwait as they took part in a Carnival day filled with demonstrations, games, performances, gifts and prizes from an array of stalls and stands in this premier event for extra curricular activities operated by British international. BAIA runs courses in dance, theatre, speech, music, art, fashion design. BAS courses include cricket, basketball, gymnasttics, zumba, soccer, swimming, karate and skating. This is the twentieth year of this highly popular and unique programme of academic and leisure courses which courses in LAMDA, RAD, ISTD, BREC run alongside leisure courses beased on the world famous Loughborough university Model. Staff at the arious stands were busy answering queries and taking registrations as well as encouraging the visitors to make new friends and try out some of the thrills and spills on offer sponsors included Move One, Rauch, Cozmo, Fot for Fun, Nasser Sports Center and pro Sports Cricket Academy. As per WORLD FREESTYLE FOOTBALL FEDERATION, (http://freestylefootball.org/) they has declared The 1st September as FREESTYLE FOORBALL DAY.
In this regard Kuwait Football Freestyle have been working on this to make it a big event here in kuwait too! , but unfortunately , They didn’t get the confirmation to make the event in big malls or public, privet – good – places .. anyway, about the event tomorrow :
* place : Marina crescent same as RBSS 2012 place
* time : after al asr prayer.
All freestylers and friends are asked to be there between 4-5 there might be a registration for a small competition .. and there might be a performances from the best of Kuwait football freestylers . Don’t miss it.
