Man fined KD 10,000 for littering
A Kuwaiti, whose identity has not been disclosed, was shocked when the Ahmadi Prosecution summoned him for interrogation and was told to pay KD 10,000 for violating the environment law, reports Al-Rai daily.
It is then the citizen remembered throwing an empty can of juice on a beach and the Environment Police issuing him a citation.
However, the citizen was shocked for the second time when the Prosecution released him on bail and referred the case to a court.
