We are blamed for everything and nothing
We are blamed for everything and nothing.
We don’t have any demands,
Nor do we complain.
Everyday new rules are applied We are blamed for everything and anything. We don’t have any demands, Nor do we complain.
Everyday new rules are applied & we just follow them.
We too are human beings whom they easily forget.
Malls are crowed,
schools have no seats & shopping centers are full.
Think of a day without us,
you will realize that we expats were the brightest part to keep Kuwait’s shine.
Whatever we earn here, nothing is left.
Multi Storage buildings,
rents are touching the sky,
apartments are like cabins.
The area where expats live is like an orphan kid. Just because it’s not a vote bank no one thinks about it.
No parks, no jogging tracks
no parking, over floated drains,
But we still survive…
Inflation, inflation!
But salaries are stuck!
We don’t have any demands
because we know there is no use.
Akama, fine and penalties are as if it’s our style.
We are blamed for traffic,
But no one knows what to appreciate because of so many cars on the road,
Many retailers have made enough profit.
No one has mercy on us and we don’t want it because we are hard workers and everyone knows whether it’s a school fees, rent or air ticket.
Even if we are the degree holder or best in our field without the influence (wasta).
It’s useless to deal.
Even if we are hard workers or best in our fields, If a local new trainee join our team he becomes our head and rules us like a king.
Hope one day they will realize that they also need us as much as we need Beloved Kuwait.
And they change they’re attitudes towards every expats.
