Bank staff tested positive for Coronavirus

The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) Mishref branch has confirmed that one of their employees has tested positive for Coronavirus.

NBK have been in contact with the Ministry of Health and have taken all preventive measures to ensure that the employee receives the necessary care who is currently in a stable condition.

As a precaution, the National Bank of Kuwait immediately evacuated the branch completely, isolated the contacts and transferred them to the competent authorities for examination and sterilization of the branch before it opens its doors for service again.

The National Bank of Kuwait affirms its commitment to the highest standards of transparency and honesty in all its dealings with its customers, and its keenness to follow prevention and health procedures issued by the Ministry of Health to ensure the safety of all employees and customers of the bank.
