An Asian expatriate serving as a waiter in Jleeb Shuyoukh police station was arrested for tipping off suspected criminals ahead of security raids to facilitate their escape in exchange for money. He was in possession of gold worth about KD 7,000 in addition to KD 2,000 cash believed to be proceeds from his illicit operation.
30 Men arrested from Airport
Thirty men planning to travel from Mumbai to Kuwait were arrested at the Mumbai international airport by the police when it was found that their tickets and visas were fake. The men had come from Siddharth Nagar in Uttar Pradesh to Mumbai.
