Job Description
Handle all payroll related activities
Prepare employees daily personal transactions such as:penalty, sick leave, promotions, transfers, termination, salary certificatesand calculation of indemnity
Provides administrative support in the preparation ofcorrespondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employeeissues
Check monthly attendance, absence and annual leave in processof preparing the pay roll
Updating personal files of employees
Any other duties assigned by management
