Death sentence against Indian
The Court of Cassation has nullified the death sentence issued against an Indian man for allegedly stabbing an Afghan to death in Sa’ad Al-Abdullah Area.
According to the case file, the murder occurred due to a disagreement over monetary issue. It started with a minor argument that quickly escalated into fisticuffs. During the fight, the suspect stabbed the victim and then tried to dump the corpse in a car for hiding it, but the sponsor discovered the corpse.
During interrogations, the suspect said a business deal worth KD 3,000 had led to the disagreement and fight.
