Dutch woman kidnapped and detained in Hawally
A Dutch woman of Iraqi origin was kidnapped by some individuals, detained in an apartment, forced to consume alcohol and robbed of her money during her first visit to Kuwait, reports Al-Anba daily.
When the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received a call from the victim to report that she is lost and has no idea where she is, securitymen tracked the call through GPS and identified her location in Hawally in front of a popular market.
After securitymen rushed to the location, she told them that some individuals kidnapped her, detained her in an apartment where they forced her to drink alcohol and robbed her of her money before they dropped her to the location.
Securitymen have launched investigations based on the allegations of the woman.
