Female teacher arrested in Bayan , Kuwait

As per Arabtimes, Security operatives attached to Bayan police station arrested a female Kuwaiti teacher at the Elementary School for Girls in Bayan for whipping a student in the hand.

Father of the student lodged a complaint against the school saying his 10- year old daughter was punished by a teacher and whipped in the hand. The lady was referred to concerned authorities for investigation
