Approximately 25 km west of Kuwait City, overlooking the western end of Kuwait bay, lies the future city of Jaber Al Ahmed.
Prompted by the growing population of Kuwait City, Jaber Al Ahmed will become home to some 80,000 people, providing a unique and progressive style of living for all its occupants.
Recognizing the importance of community, Pace has led a contemporary design structure; neighbourhoods of around 100 families living within walking distance of local schools, mosques, parks and shops. Smaller, safer areas providing community living in a growing city.
The city will also play host to a growing number of private and public sector offerings; universities, technical colleges, hospitals and a major commercial centre will ensure that Jaber Al Ahmed City is one for the families and one for the future.

Area: 1,244 hectares total land area to accommodate approximately 80,000 residents
This project is part of the recent housing projects tendered and managed by the Public Authority of Housing Welfare. Located in the new city being developed, Jaber Al Ahmed City, the project is part of a main contract consisting of 1,475 villas/houses, 14 buildings and public buildings to cater to the area.
The project is divided into phases:
- Phase 1: 1 Kindergarten
- Phase 2: 1 Additional Kindergarten
- Phase 3: 1 Intermediate School and 1 Secondary School
- Phase 4: 1 Additional Intermediate School and a Kindergarten
The completion of each kindergarten shall be within 14 months from handing over the plot to Amana and the completion of each of the other schools will take place within 20 months from start of work.

this is actually an ongoing project in near Doha being constructed by M.A.Kharafi and sons (i'm the project architect at Kharafi for this project), AMANA is Kharafi's subcontractor and is just executing a part of Kharafi's contract which consists of 1475 houses, 14 multistory buildings, 2 secondary schools, 2 intermediate schools, 4 primary schools and 3 kindergartens. there's also a supermarket, government building complex, health clinic, police station and 7 mosques.. the project is almost near completion (¬80% progress) and just for the sake of honesty, it will never look like these renderings, these are just for presentation purposes (especially that water lake feature).
