Kuwait introduces Home to Airport luggage delivery services for passengers of the airport
Kuwait Airways has rolled out a new home luggage delivery service tailored for passengers arriving from London, with plans for an imminent expansion to cover additional flights, as reported by the Al-Qabas daily.
Passengers can now avail themselves of this convenient service by placing a request a minimum of 12 hours prior to their departure, accessible through the airline’s official website or mobile application, according to a statement issued by Kuwait Airways.
Abdul Mohsen Salem Al-Faqan, Chairman of Kuwait Airways’ Board of Directors, reiterated the airline’s unwavering dedication to delivering unparalleled service to its clientele. He emphasized Kuwait Airways’ steadfast commitment to ensuring passenger comfort, from the moment travelers step into the airport terminal to the time they step onto the aircraft. Al-Faqan underscored the airline’s ongoing efforts to modernize its fleet, enrich onboard entertainment offerings, and provide a luxurious travel experience.
Al-Faqan highlighted Kuwait Airways’ recent strides in launching new destinations and services, including personalized home travel arrangements for Royal and First-Class passengers, exclusive limousine services for premium classes, electronic boarding pass issuance, and onboard BLUEfi internet connectivity. The introduction of the home luggage delivery service marks yet another significant milestone in Kuwait Airways’ pursuit of passenger convenience and satisfaction.
KAC CEO Captain Ahmed Mohammad Al-Karibani provided insights into the airline’s ambitious summer schedule for 2024, unveiling plans to introduce new destinations such as Antalya, Bodrum, Trabzon, Sharm El-Sheikh, Malaga, and Nice. The summer schedule will encompass a total of 54 destinations, with increased flight frequencies to popular European hubs including London, Amsterdam, Munich, Vienna, Geneva, and Sarajevo. Moreover, flights to key destinations such as Dubai, Riyadh, and Manchester will see enhanced capacity to meet growing passenger demand.
