Proposal to turn Salem Al Mubarak Street for pedestrians only , Kuwait

So far it is not official news but as per source, After Souq Mubarkiya now The Salem al Mubarak street will also be declared for pedestrians only. If I keep the parking issues on side then I think its not a bad idea with believe that govt will decorate it same link Souq Mubarkiya or better than it.
