Eid Al-Adha holidays Announced
The Eid Al-Adha holidays will begin on Aug 19 and end on Aug 23, Kuwait’s Cabinet announced on Monday. The council noted that the work in ministries and government institutes would halt for that entire period.
Eid Al-Adha will be on Sept 11, 2016
The Department of Astrology and Space Sciences in Kuwait Science Club has announced that the first day of the month of Dhul- Hijja (12th month in the Islamic lunar calendar) for the year 1437 AH will be on Sept 2, 2016; so Arafat Day (ninth day of Dhul-Hijja) will fall on Sept 10, 2016 and the first day of Eid Al-Adha will be on Sept 11, 2016.
