I am working in a multinational company, and my monthly salary pay structure is Basic + HRA (House Rent Allowance). HRA is set by the company as 40% of the basic salary, e.g. the Basic is KD 100 and the HRA (40%) is KD 40 so the total salary for the month is KD 140. (To whom it may concerns, quoted from Arabtimes)

I have been working in a company for the last 8 years 9 months (joined Aug 9, 2007) as an engineer but my services were terminated on April 3, 2016. My salary on my work permit is KD 1,200 and I have 99 days annual leave balance.

Under the Kuwait Labor Law, is management eligible for overtime? I work for a company that does not pay managers overtime and the question has come up several times. So, what does the Labor Law say on the issue?
