As per Arabtimes, A 24-year old youth was arrested for using his mobile phone to harass a Kuwaiti girl by sending her a series of messages and indecent pictures in the mornings and evenings

According to security sources, the 1996-born girl reported at Hawally Police Station that an unknown individual was sending her messages and indecent pictures. The officers kept a tab on him until they identified him as a 24-year old youth and later arrested him. Acase has been registered against the suspect.
