Boy held for robbing expats in Kuwait
A citizen waylaying expatriates and robbing them of their possessions, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
According to security sources, two Egyptian expatriates had reported that the driver of a Japanese-made vehicle robbed them of KD 1,800, two mobile phones and 1,500 prepaid mobile cards in Ardiya area. Acting Director of Criminal Investigations Department Brigadier Mohammad Al-Sarhan issued instructions to arrest the culprit.
A team was formed to search for the suspect who was eventually arrested in possession of KD 279, prepaid mobile cards worth KD 1,345 and three mobile phones. He was referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against him.
