Last January 10 i left my company for maternity leave and go to philippines…the company gave me 70days from january 10 till march 19 will be my 70 days of maternity leave.. plus 2 months additional so that i can still rest and take care of my baby.. but apperantly my company said i should go back to work this coming may 10 or else they will terminate me or rehire me.. "rehire" which means the previouse year that im been working to the company will be voided..
And the problem is i cant go back till May 10 because my plain ticket schedule may21 and its only promo.. I dnt even have that enough money to rebook my ticket.. and also i have provided medical certificate.

this is only for kuwaities
this is only for kuwaities
This rule is not following in cases of public sector expact employees especially MOH , out of them 90% of the staff are females. Each Hospitals made their own policies and allowes a maximum paid maternity leave of 30 days only.
Not in private sector
Why it's not applicable for ministry staff, must be start from ministry employees also!!!!!
Super great
