Student ‘tortured’ for poor performance , Kuwait
As per Arabtimes, A female teacher of a public intermediate school in Mishref took an unprecedented action in the education sector by torturing a student for performing badly in an examination.
According to a source, the teacher has been summoned for investigation. He said the school confirmed the incident based on the testimony of a social worker, explaining that the student’s parents reported the incident at a police station after obtaining a medical report from Mubarak Hospital.
The report indicated the effect of the torture appeared conspicuously on the right hand of the student.
